What is a Limited Edition

What is a Limited Edition?

Each limited edition begins with a high-resolution photograph of my original painting — the first step in a meticulous process devoted entirely to fidelity and beauty. I work closely with my master printer, color-correcting each edition until it truly sings. Printed one at a time on archival canvas, every reproduction is made for a specific collector. The editions are intentionally small, ensuring that what you bring home is genuinely rare. With archival stability of 100 years or more, the color and luminosity of the original come through with breathtaking clarity — museum-quality works of art, made to be passed down.

how does the process work?

It begins with a conversation. You share photos of your walls, the dimensions of your space, and the paintings that have caught your eye. From there, I create virtual mockups — the artwork rendered to scale in your actual room — so you can see exactly how it will live in your home before a single print is made. We take the time to get the size and framing exactly right. Nothing goes into production until it feels perfect. It is an intimate, unhurried collaboration, and it is one of my favorite things I do.

Framing

Each limited edition is printed on archival canvas and arrives ready for framing. Many collectors choose to work with a framer they already love and trust at home — and that is a beautiful option. For those who would like me to handle everything, I am pleased to offer a custom framing service through an exceptional framer in Eugene, Oregon. Every piece is finished in a floater frame — solid wood or wood veneer — and shipped directly to your door, ready to hang, ready to live with.
